Goodcents Foundation Raises $4,000
Recently, the Goodcents Foundation hosted a wonderful fundraising event to support the Alzheimer’s Association, bringing together community members for an evening filled with delicious appetizers and inspiring conversation. It was an opportunity not just to raise funds, but also to raise awareness about a cause that affects so many families.
The night kicked off with guests mingling over a delightful spread of appetizers, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and goodwill. Laughter and heartfelt stories were shared, reminding everyone present of the importance of community support in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.
Joe, Founder and Co-Chair of The Goodcents Foundation, took a moment to speak about the foundation’s mission and its partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association. He highlighted how The Goodcents Foundation is proud to serve as the local presenting sponsor for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Kansas City, MO. This partnership not only amplifies awareness but also drives crucial funding toward research and support services for those impacted by the disease. We are thrilled to share that, through the generosity of our guests, we raised an incredible $4,000 for this important cause!
Through Joe’s passionate words, attendees learned about the significant impact their contributions could have. The $4,000 raised during the event will go directly to the Alzheimer’s Association, helping to support vital programs and research initiatives aimed at finding a cure and improving care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s.
The evening was a beautiful reminder of how community spirit can unite us in the face of challenges. Guests left not only having enjoyed a wonderful evening but also with a renewed sense of purpose and commitment to making a difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended and contributed to this meaningful cause. Together, with the Goodcents Foundation and the Alzheimer’s Association, we are taking steps toward a brighter future for those affected by Alzheimer’s.
